| "A leaflet or a flyer (handbill) is a single sheet paper, used to get information to a large number of people inexpensively. A leaflet usually has a relatively short lifespan, it contains brief information about businesses, products, services, or events, and also contains news pertaining to promotional offers and discounts."
The paper used for leaflets does not necessarily have to be heavy weight paper. However, a leaflet can be printed on thicker paper to make it more durable and higher quality if it contains information that will be referred to again and again, such as when used as a product spec sheet or instruction. Leaflet can be folded or printed flat. The most common size are: A3 (420x297 mm.), A4 (297x210 mm.), A5 (210x148 mm.), A6 (148x105 mm.), or custom size. |
